Letting things go ...

I had an epiphany today! There are a few things I REALLY need to give up …

  1. Eating out: It’s costly, portions are larger than they need to be, the meals are higher in calories and I've seen some very gross staff members doing some very gross things in restaurants.
  2. Drinking coffee: Coming from someone who did not become a coffee enthusiast until 30ish, my love of the stuff has gotten out of control.
  3. Wasting time: I’ve come to realize I have a tendency to procrastinate when it comes to doing things I don’t want to do. I wait until the very last minute and then get stressed/freaked out and that’s no good!

I believe I can live a happier and healthier life by eliminating these things. What do you think?

No REMAKES ...

OK ... I am so upset right now!!! Some poor soul thought they could do a "remake" of Gloria Gaynor's CLASSIC HIT ... I Will Survive. All I can say is, DON'T DO IT

Dear misguided soul,

This is how the song should be done. Leave it alone … it is not broken!!!!

It's been a long time ...

It has been a long time since I've posted to this blog and I'm embarrassed by that.  The “Mind of Sarenna B” has been filled with Project Management, Life Coaching, new business opportunities, a TV commercial spot for ITT Technical Institute, finishing graduate school, what my next steps should be … etc.  As you can see, my “mind” has been FULL!

Part of my distraction has been my new blog (Seven23RealTalk), which focuses on my interest in being a Life Coach.  Please check out my new site and leave comments/questions/discussion topics.  If you are on Twitter, you can follow me personally (@SB150) or on my new adventure (@seven23realtalk).  You can also follow my journey to get my Project Management Professional (PMP) certification on sbnotaresolution.

Thanks for hanging in there with me and please stay tuned for much, MUCH more!
