- Eating out: It’s costly, portions are larger than they need to be, the meals are higher in calories and I've seen some very gross staff members doing some very gross things in restaurants.
- Drinking coffee: Coming from someone who did not become a coffee enthusiast until 30ish, my love of the stuff has gotten out of control.
- Wasting time: I’ve come to realize I have a tendency to procrastinate when it comes to doing things I don’t want to do. I wait until the very last minute and then get stressed/freaked out and that’s no good!
I believe I can live a happier and healthier life by eliminating these things. What do you think?
