To gym or not to gym ...

OMG … I do not want to go to the gym tonight. Staying motivated has been a constant struggle but I know in the end it is worth it. PLUS ... I weighed in this morning and I did not like the numbers at all.

I welcome any suggestions on making workouts fun. I don’t have a workout partner so the activities need to be things I can do alone. Thanks for your support : )
